Our founder has designed, built, renovated & sold high end off grid net zero sustainable luxury homes from the ground up.  He researched and implemented the latest technology building innovations. He managed all phases of design, planning & construction (architecture / CAD, site, solar, fire resistant design, structural, soils, environmental, construction), budgeting and all construction phases (site, solar, micro hydro, excavation, foundation, framing, rough mechanicals, finish, home automation, security) including the following.
